On 5 March, the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law is organizing a free Zoom webinar entitled “Outsourcing digital work under the law: The legal governance of a global workforce”.

Mira Burri and Kholofelo Kugler from the University of Lucerne on digital work under global trade law;
Funda Ustek Spilda from the Oxford Internet Institute on the (future) protection of (online) platform workers;
Shelley Marshall from the RMIT University on the potential of the draft EU Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence and the alternatives to improve outsourced digital work.
